Market Awareness
We ensure that all consultants maximise understanding of the markets in which they operate in order to increase credibility and maximise success. This is done through regular research, workshops, in-house training from industry experts and external conferences and presentations.
Sales Skills
Every new consultant embarks on a three month training programme designed to develop and enhance sales skills. The modular training scheme works through every stage of the recruitment life-cycle. Our commitment to training does not end there - we are constantly working with consultants to evaluate and identify development areas and through ongoing mentoring and regular training days, we will constantly improve your sales ability.
