Due to sustained growth, we are now looking to recruit a professional, ambitious and commercially focussed sales professional or recruiter seeking the next step on their career ladder. Taking on specialist, growing markets with the opportunity for global coverage and taking over an established client base, the successful candidate will have opportunity to both manage current and new business

Delivering excellence in both candidate and client management, the current team are at the top of their game and are rewarded accordingly, managing their own success. Key attributes required are excellent commercial intelligence, an ability to pro-actively support clients and candidates and motivated, passionate and refined sales and negotiation skills.

A recruitment or established b2b sales background is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and within a team as required.

A highly competitive basic salary, above market commission, bonus structure and equity scheme (1st year OTE 40,000 - 50,000+, 2nd year 70,000 - 100,000+). We also pride ourselves on a flexible, mature and professional work culture.
