Senior Essbase Specialist

An international retailer based in Netherlands is looking for an experienced Essbase specialist to join their Finance Department on a permanent basis to develop, enhance and administer Essbase projects across the business.
The role involves gathering requirements, producing documentation, building and implementing an Essbase system. You will be responsible for establishing systems interfaces and ongoing improvements of Hyperion related processes.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the complex system and will be subject matter expert within the European Headquarters. You will work with Hyperion support teams within a bank and will be responsible for mentoring colleagues and improving their knowledge of Hyperion.
The successful candidate will have:
-experience in implementing full life cycle Essbase implementations
-strong development skills
-experience in system design and architecture
-ability to take ownership of implementation and proactive approach
Preferably
-background in consulting
-experience in installations
-experience in implementing Essbase within a Finance department
