A Global market leading company within distribution market requires an experience Junior HRMS Analyst

As an HRMS analyst you will assist with functional implementation of new modules within HRMS. You will be involved in requirement gathering, change requests, defect management and coordination of all the work streams between users and the technical delivery team. As a junior HRMS analyst you will have a good overview of the systems within a global company and can get exposure to technical as well as administrative duties which will allow you to progress to the next level.

The applicant should have:

- Experience working with HRMS systems in an analytical role.
- Previous experience working alongside implementation of any E-business.
- Experience working with process handling and problem evaluation.
- Any technical awareness of the system will increase your readability with the client
- Good communication skills.
