Rate: 35k-43k + benefits

A leading global retail company, seeks a Business Applications Analyst who is looking to progress their career. As well as working on supporting and maintaining a diverse range of business applications, this Business Applications Analyst will also be required to implement Change and Release Management for Business Applications, implement enhancements and bug fixes, along with other responsibilities.

The employer is looking for an individual to join on a permanent basis to provide application support and assist with key enhancements to the system.

The ideal candidate would have:

-Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support role
-ITIL Qualification
-Exposure to IT processes, methodologies and best practice
-Experience in Application release management and Business Analysis
-Proven Experience in Supporting and maintaing Business Applications
-Experience in end user training
-Organised and good time management skills
