Uncapped commission - no threshold!
eu-solutions is a reward based business. We offer an excellent uncapped commission scheme that is above market average and has no initial threshold - we believe that our sales consultants should be rewarded on every penny that they bring in!
We also operate an excellent incentive scheme - based on both personal and company performance:
Adrenaline or Pamper
An individual sales incentive that runs every quarter and rewards the top performing
sales consultant for that period. The individual sales consultant that brings the highest amount of new sales during the 3 month period, wins. Simple.
In exchange, two golden envelopes marked Adrenaline or Pamper to chose from. Recent winners have enjoyed a spa day retreat, flying lessons, weekend for two in Europe.... and Friday off to enjoy it
Annual company weekend
Every year, we set a series of sales targets for the entire company to work towards which offers in return an all expenses, 5 star weekend trip for everyone. The weekend is an excellent opportunity to bond with colleagues, relax and enjoy the fruits of our hard work.
Recent highlights include a weekend white water rafting in Prague, Wakeboarding and jet biking in Bournemouth and a luxury 5 star weekend in Barcelona
Team competitions
We love to promote commitment, teamwork, spirit and personality in our business and so have regular ad hoc 
competitions to pit teams against one another.
Running on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, the rules are simple - beat the other team and get the afternoon of work with your team mates to enjoy the best restaurants, bars, shopping trips, urban golf... whatever... that Soho has to offer.
