PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT

Our client is a major international organisation and a leader in advisory services to multi-national companies based in the Netherlands. The firm is looking for a number of strong business technology consultants that can display Information Technology expertise and knowledge of financial services. You will operate in a client facing capacity on critical financial effectiveness and business transformation projects. Successful applicants will join project teams to advise on business solutions and take a lead role on IT assignments involving the full lifecycle - from analysis of current operations, identification of improvement opportunities, application / 3rd party selection and ensuring the quality of delivery on the engagements.

You will play a key role in enhancing performance and devising strategic change initiatives and in helping build a services strategy on behalf of this consulting group.

Applicants must have financial services knowledge and demonstrate previous experience of working in a leading consulting organisation. Additionally, applicants must display the following experience:

• Involvement in medium to large scale transformation projects
• Experience with capturing outsourcing opportunities and managing large scale outsourced IT solutions
• Integration of IT capabilities within an overall business strategy
• Strong communication and presentation skills and client focussed
• Results orientated and team player
• Experience with application / 3rd party vendor selection
