Group Systems Analyst

Company Outline:

Global FTSE 100 company with offices in 5 different continents, specialising in advisory and managerial services to their parent company, seek a Global Systems Analyst.

Purpose of the role:

The successful candidate will be required to assist with the maintenance, administration and development of the Group reporting software which is HFM.
You will also be expected to provide backup support for are other entities both internally and worldwide including training and development for users.

Day to day activities of the role:

Reviewing ongoing software developments to ensure relevant upgrades are identified wherever possible.
Perform regular upgrades to software particularly HFM.
Ensure upgrades are tested thoroughly before implementation.
Provide first line support for all users of HFM.
Provide support in the development and design of Hyperion reports and integration into excel.
Liaise with auditors and fulfil any reporting requirements they may have.

Understanding of any of the financial tools listed below:
HFM
Hyperion enterprise
Cartesis Magnitude
Business Objects
Hyperion Essbase
Hyperion Planning
MPC

Flexible Qualifications:
Business or equivalent level University degree
Part qualified CIMA OR ACCA


Opportunities:
You will be working with the latest Hyperion consolidation version which is HFM v9. You will manage the system hands on and play a key role in developing the system and building on existing procedures. The successful candidate will also have the chance to be part of a growing team always looking at new solutions and products, their is scope for you to play a key leadership role in what new solutions we work with.
